This review is for the tapas bar below the hotel! You just try the tomato salad - someone described it as “the mother of all tomato salads” and that is exactly what it is! Juicy, fresh tomato’s with diced shallots and a balsamic vinegrette - but what makes it even better is the fig jam added in! SO YUM! 😋

The hotel posada del dragon and wellness facility will give you extra comfort. Besides this, the rooms are spacious, and the services are excellent. They are highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The only positives as far as we are concerned is the location and friendly staff. Being a 4 star hotel, one would expect the basic facilities like kettle or coffee/tea in the room - we didn’t have them. The confirmation email said, iron provided in the room. Ours didn’t have one.

Mini bar -Ours was empty - they would charge you for bottled water. For boutique hotel, it was more like a box room with tiny leaking bathroom and separate toilet.

The room had a TV with basic satellite Spanish channels which was of no use to us any tourists. All the hotels and apartments during our travels in Europe had Netflix/Prime.

We would think again before we recommend this place to anyone!

The hotel is in an excellent location, with alot of tourist attractions very close to hotel. Mercado San Miguel, The Palace, The  Monasterie de las Descale, Temple of Debod, Almudena Cathederal all within walking distance. The staff are extremely efficient and friendly. The breakfast was fresh, and tasty - well worth it. Everything was great except the rooms with showers and toilets with glass doors. Maybe I didn't look at the site correctly when I was booking for 4 adults but my 2 adult opposite sex children, shared a room, so it wasn't very appropriate. I had nowhere to hang or put my clothes. (Hanging space above mini and safe, however this would have only suited tops not dresses.)We didn't eat dinner in hotel but we had drinks and dessert and they were delicious. The atmosphere in the bar was really good.

A very cute and clean hotel  very close to the centre of the city . You can walk on foot to many must see locations . The personel was also very kind and caring with the customers . Rooms are large enough and very clean. Breakfast was also rich with buffet and tasty .
