A very nice place in Madrid. We were for dinner with friends. The welcome was friendly. We ordered quickly and it took only minutes to be served. The food is absolutely outstanding. It was great to get some insights for each course. The beef rib was one of the best meat dishes I ever had.

What an incredible place! Easily deserving of a Michelin star. The Gala Menu is an absolute steal.

The food was beyond anything we’ve tasted before. The pesto with the bread was incredible and the strawberry gazpacho was revolutionary in both taste and texture. We got 3 starters: the Galician beef which melted in our mouths, the foie gras magnum which was the most experimental and strange thing ever, and the Russian salad with tuna tartare, an explosion of the senses!

We had to take breaks after every bite of our mains, the lamb shoulder and steak centre, because it was SO GOOD.

The wine that was recommended to us paired perfectly with each dish. The whole bottle for €25 was a steal. They have such a great variety.

The apple tart was amazing. Nothing compares. It might even be as good as my Grandma’s.

We can’t compliment the chef and all the staff enough. The host was so lovely to us throughout and always ready with personalised recommendations and suggestions.

Thank you so much Restaurante Gala for making our final night in Madrid so special.

Was almost empty, only us and one more couple. The place did surprise us because we did not expect the tiny dishes but it was a very good surprise and a good experience overall. Service was also great

Outstanding restaurant! Very creative dishes, presented in perfect style preserving the warmth of the food (many times in other restaurants a beautiful presentation translates into cold food, which is unacceptable)

Taste was exquisite, particularly the combination of flavors and textures! It’s difficult to recommend one fish vs the others, however I would love to repeat the sea urchin anytime!!!

Service was also very attentive and efficient, but not overwhelming.

Last but not least: the gala menu at 37 euro is an amazing deal! Congratulations to the chef and the staff, keep it up like this!

Small cozy restaurant with very attentive & knowledgeable servers.  They have three types of bread generously offered throughout the meal.
We had the seasonal truffle menu which did not disappoint in taste, presentation or portion (except for the lomo de corzo, an extra piece would be nice 😋)!
The accompanying recommended red wine went well with all the dishes, including the cod.  I think the sweets at the end of the meal was missing 😊
All in, the 2022 Michelin star was well-deserved - would not mind going again for the regular tasting menu.
