Excellent food and amazing atmosphere. Especially the different salmon sashimi variations blew my mind.
There is no phone reception in the cellar which lets you focus entirely on the food (WiFi is available if needed).
Service could be a bit more refined for a 1 star Michelin restaurant.

Very good choice when it is hot outside. Degustation menu is full of different flavours, there is also something cold, something raw, something sweet, sour. Everything was extremely delicious. If you like matcha, the dessert will blow your mind. The staff is really nice and helpfull with a lot to say about every dish. We will definitely come back!

There were some incredible dishes, like the scallop nigiri, but most dishes were just good, especially the main dishes were nothing special. Overall nice experience, but had higher expectations!

The ambience is very stylish with an Asian touch. The food is simply creme de la creme, breathtaking and the service is as you would expect from a restaurant with a Michelin star. I am impressed and would happily come back again and again. Highly recommended for those who are creme de la creme gourmets and know what high-quality cuisine and service entail. 10/10

Very disappointing experience for a Michelin star restaurant. Folks at the Michelin guide were asleep at the wheel on this one. The Sushi were a far cry from being quality. They were cut by amateur chefs with different thickness, shapes, and the rice was not formed properly. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the taste was actually good. The mix of ingredients and flavors were tops, just not prepared to standard quality. The service was friendly but clearly not properly trained. After we were seated the waitress opened a bottle of still water poured our glasses without even asking if we wanted still or sparkling. (I prefer sparkling thank you very much, not sure what you plan to do with that bottle of still). The price for the quality and quantity of food was a total rip off. After spending EUR 340 on the meal my wife and I had to hit up the ramen restaurant around the corner for a second meal to feel satisfied.
