La Casa de Manolo Franco is one of Madrids best kept secrets . Michelin star rated food and decent prices . Small restaurant and very intimate setting but lovely atmosphere . Highly recommended . Manu is a great host and his team are very good . The menu changes with the seasons and he uses all local produce . An amazing story too behind his success . Well worth a visit or two .
