We had a great lunch in Angelo.  The menu is building up and gets tastier with every new plate.  Pretty much based on very local produce which is always a plus.  Very nice atmosphere as well despite a bit of an atypical environment, no classic windows or open door when you come to the restaurant.  The room is cosy though and has just a few tables which all allow a view on the chef at work.  The server speaks pretty well English and is doing his best to translate the menu and the story behind the plates.  Very nice local wine recommendations as well that blend in with the dishes served.  This place is a very good value for money restaurant!

Un trabajo impecable del cocinero Cristian y la camarera (su mujer) Fani. Simplemente una experiencia gastronómica de 10. Han tenido mucha cercanía, el local es acogedor e íntimo, tanto que te hace recordar al cariño del hogar. Los platos todos eran una explosión de sabor y matices, además de una novedad para el paladar. Ha habido un trato excelente de principio a fin y sin perder ese toque de profesionalidad y clase.

An impeccable job from the cook Cristian and the waitress (his wife) Fani. Simply a gastronomic experience of 10. They have been very close, the place is cozy and intimate, so much so that it reminds you of the love of home. All the dishes were an explosion of flavor and nuances, as well as a novelty for the palate. There has been excellent treatment from start to finish and without losing that touch of professionalism and class.

Varias han sido las ocasiones en las que he visitado este restaurante pero repetiría muchas, muchas más. Cocina creativa, platos increíbles tratados con buen producto y que su chef, Cristian Granero, combina a la perfección sorprendiendo en cada una de sus creaciones. Sin duda uno de los mejores restaurantes de Castellón que nadie debería perderse.

There have been several occasions on which I have visited this restaurant but I would repeat many, many more. Creative cuisine, incredible dishes treated with good products and that its chef, Cristian Granero, combines perfectly, surprising in each of his creations. Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Castellón that no one should miss.
