Michelin star really? We are not sure about this, it is not all about the food experience, is about to make you feel special, and unfortunately this restaurant did not lift us as expected.
Food was amazing this we have to give the truth.
However, this is Spain, a Spanish chef in Costa Blanca, homeland of paella, seafood rice, top of the art dishes… then why the whole staff is Colombian? All waiters come from Colombia, trying to explain a Michelin Star dish in South American accent… was really funny.
The main manager, was very unfriendly to be honest… like: just after sitting… what are you gonna have?
Wine list nothing special…
We have eaten in other Michelin star restaurants in the area that were so much better…
Terraza was so cold…
Not coming back.

One has too be clean, which restaurant he/she is visiting- ground-floor part is casual, first floor part is the Michelin one.

We’ve booked for the same day, apart from us, only two more tables were occupied- so getting a table off season is easy.

We really enjoyed the whole experience- food was delicious and very nicely presented. We had the shorter 75€ menu.

Service impeccable and not invasive. Stuff could improve the English though, as it’s basically non-existent, good we understand Spanish pretty well.

The restaurant has a somewhat minimalistic interior design, which being not fully booked feels a bit lonely & empty. Could use some extra atmosphere.

Totally recommend as it’s a fantastic quality/price ratio for a 1-star Michelin.

I have been to this restaurant twice for lunch and dinner. It has two parts the fusion restaurant that is downstairs and the sophisticated one upstairs overlooking the Port of Denia. The food was great though a bit pricy. They offer a range of seafood dishes, with a menu that can be shared between two people. The risotto dish was absolutely delicious and the red gambas al vapor simply tasty!
The service is quite professional and very detailed with information about each dish they served.

I cannot forget to mention the washroom! Very clean and stylishly decorated.
Highly recommend the place

Good service. Good wine. Good view. Food is also nice (not meat). The level of restaurant is very high and same for many years.
They open 2d floor for lunch at 13.30 only (not 13)
Oysters are best in the area. Wine list is full of surprises
But meat is not good every time. It’s strange because meat is wonderful at 1st floor cafe

Third time we went. First two times we chose the menu’s. Perfect. Last time we eat ‘ a la carta’ . Main dish : paella langoustine , 42 euro /person. The rise was not smouty. Cooked and baked. Why he was served liked this i do not knew. It was dry and not so well. Sorry but this was a great difference than the menu’ s we eated before. Sorry for the critic. All the rest was ok.
