Over hyped 3 Michelin star restaurant in Denia (as of 2024) that in my opinion focuses more on the techniques, creativity and presentation than on flavour and execution. At times it feels a bit like Disney, all too pretty and staged (for example the aperitif is served in a Champagne brand sponsored and decorated area). I missed more genuine kitchen in the dishes. A special mention for the sommelier who was very attentive and gave us great wine recommendations.

Technique over flavor in my opinion - had high expectation given it is no.14 and 3 stars - left quite disappointed and honestly found it not as impressive as the other fine dining resto I have been to.

Service was nice, and techniques behind sounded innovative - but I was still expecting food being tasty…found the portion a bit unbalanced as the mains were even smaller than some appetizers. Also with this price tag there was not even petit four?

I was very pleased with my visit to the restaurant. We didn’t prepare and didn’t know about the restaurant the day before the visit; our friend advised us to go. it was amazing. wonderful food and service, but the main thing I didn’t expect was the emotions I felt when I ate the third appetizer - a pumpkin donut. it reminded me of my homeland and my mother’s garden. she always cooked pumpkin in the fall, and the flowers with which the donut was decorated grew in our garden. I almost burst into tears from these warm memories. I didn't expect to feel this way in such an expensive establishment. thank you. I am happy that I visited you, that I tried such unusual and delicious dishes and that I experienced a lot of emotions and feelings. Thank you!

Absolutely unforgettable experience. The food, the wine selection, the staff, the venue was absolutely highest culinary experience. It is worth every dime you spend. Congratulations to all involved in creating such an experience. We will be back next year. We had the Menu on August 13th 2022.
