My wife and I popped in here tonight (Thursday) for our dinner whilst in Valencia and managed to get seated straight away with no reservation, it was very busy to be fair, so we must have been lucky.
We were served by a gentleman by the name of Patrick and he was very friendly and efficient.
The meal and drinks were just perfect and the atmosphere was great.
No hesitation in recommending this for dinner.

Our stay at the Helen Berger was absolutely exceptional – an experience that far exceeded the expectations of a 4-star hotel! From the moment we checked in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff, who made us feel truly special throughout our visit.

The suites were an absolute dream: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making us feel at home right away. We were especially impressed by the tranquility – despite being right in the heart of the city, it was wonderfully quiet, allowing us to relax completely.

The food was another highlight: both breakfast and dinner were outstanding. The quality and variety of the dishes were superb, with every bite reflecting the care and attention of the kitchen team.

A special thank you goes to the staff for their wonderful treatment of our daughter. She was greeted with a warm smile and even surprised with her own bathrobe and a thoughtfully prepared goodie bag – a gesture that truly touched us.

One thing is certain: on our next visit to the city, we will stay at the Helen Berger again. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable!

Quality was noted in every aspect of this stay, whether it be from the popular hotel restaurant and bar, to the high standard furnishings and room design. Perfect for a city break with excellent walkability to the sights.

I honestly do not know where these positive reviews are from, it almost like I stayed in a completely different hotel.

I found this hotel to be a secondary business to the restaurant on the ground floor. This is not a 4-Star hotel, this is a 2.5-star hotel with 4-Star prices. I also found the staff to be rude and very dismissive. We prepaid for our breakfast, but it was so bad, I did not eat anything. Although the manager was nice, and apologetic, it did not make me feel any better since I paid $2,200.00 for the penthouse and had a terrible experience. I love Spain and visit every year, but I would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend the Helen Berger to others.

Very nice hotel. I arrived quite early in the morning and immediately got a room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very clean, very comfy bed. Nice little balcony. Also downstairs you have a nice resto and bar. I enjoyed the jazz thursday night. The breakfast was also nice but i would explore more options around.
Definitely walkable to all the areas- located in a quiet street but in the middle of everything you need.
