Absolute beautiful hotel with super friendly staff. So why 4 and not 5 stars? That’s a subjective choice, because I think our room 211 is a bit small for €175 a night. Btw booked direct at the hotel and this price includes wonderful breakfast. The staff had a red rose pinned to our door as it is 14 Feb. Have to change the 4* into 5*. So nice

Clean and modern hotel situated right next to the Serranos Towers. Thought the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Lovely rooftop as well to watch sunset. Only downside I would say is it took awhile for the hot water to come on in the shower, but I would be really scraping the barrel for a complaint.

Very convenient to get to most major sights and also right across from the park.

Next to the old gate, it is less than a 5 minute walk to the cathedral.

It has a wonderful scandi look with the wood effect. The room was spacious and we loved the modular storage for the clothes and hanging space. Huge wet room with separate toilet.

We did visit the rooftop area which would be great in the warmer months.

There is room service as well 24 hours a day. Staff were so helpful too.

The hotel is so cozy and cute … it’s great! The rooms are very clean and the decoration is very nice. As soon as you walk into the hotel smell very nice.

Management really takes care of the hotel property and the ambiance.

The location is perfect everything is close by basically you can walk from the hotel to every tourist places for example the Puerta Serrano Castle is next to the hotel, The Catedral of Valencia, The Ayuntamiento etc; also the popular avenues like Colon Avenue where you can shop or eat is 15 minutes away walking.

The service and the staff are wonderful very polite, professional, so helpful and the girls at the front desk are very sweet.

If you are looking to visit Valencia don’t hesitate to stay at this hotel. It’s affordable and it’s worth it the stay!!
