Very nice atmosphere.  The food has an exquisite taste and beautiful presentation.  The products are very fresh.  I recommend it to anyone who wants to try something unusual.

Service was excellent! They made sure to cater and suggest dishes that are local and specialties, best fresh sushi find in Valencia, with the kitchen right in front of you, very similar to how Japan works but they also have a backup kitchen somewhere tucked away. Overall 999/10 for freshness.

It was our first time in this restaurant, we went because of a recommendation from a friend and it didn’t disappoint. The service was great, we told the waitress it was our first time going, and he decided to order for us. We where sitted in the “barra”, seeing how the cook and how clean and orginzed was everything gave us a good overview from the restaurant. The food was amazing, specially the Anguila!
Defenetly we are going back!

Some years ago I was in Japan my stay at Momiji Atelier was a flashback. Top sushi quality, delicious sake and fresh oysters. They have a real sushi bar with a sushi master. The waiters understand English and were super friendly.

Vilken fantastisk och oväntad upplevelse! Vi snubblade över denna pärla efter att ha stannat vid Mercat bara för att använda toaletten - och vilken tur olycka det var. Från det ögonblick vi satte oss, allt överträffade våra förväntningar. Vår servitör, Raúl, var helt fantastisk. Han guidade oss genom menyn med en personlig ”omakase”-stil och valde rätter till oss som häpnade över oss. Varje tugga var bättre än den förra. Missa inte det här stället!

En av mina japanska favoritplatser i Valencia. Maten är enkel läcker. Stor variation av sushi och andra trevliga överraskningar. Pankettan i degen är himmelsk (nästan). Den enda negativa punkten är att den ligger i den lägre nivån på Mercado de Colon, som i sig är en vacker byggnad. Det är bara att den här restaurangen skulle förtjäna något lite mer mysigt.

Mycket trevlig upplevelse i Valencia, antagligen den bästa sushien i stan "Para gustos colores" vad jag gillar mest förutom maten är tillgängligheten att boka utan arrogansen från andra sushipalatser i Valencia.

Vi promenerade vid den gamla marknaden i Valencia som har renoverats och förvandlats till ett öppet galleria. Vi gick ner till nivån minus 1 och vi såg en liten plats 30 täcker sushi bar. Omgivningen är inte riktigt vad förväntar du dig av en sushi-plats men jag såg hur kocken arbetade och allt var rent och städat så vi reserverade ett bord för nästa dag. Fiskens kvalitet är riktigt bra och allt är friskt framför dig. Enligt priset för en så hög fiskens kvalitet är det verkligen billigt!

Bokstavligen den bästa sushi jag någonsin har haft (och jag har haft mycket sushi). Jag var så i himlen att kocken gjorde mig en annan bit efter att de började stänga köket. Önskar jag skulle ha stannat en annan dag i Valencia bara för att gå tillbaka igen. Jag valde slumpmässigt på menyn och var förvånad överallt. Ål var min ultimata favorit som kocken föreslog. Jag kan dö en glad kvinna nu; )

Öppet kök, bra och vänliga människor. Vi kollade platsen mer tidigt och det var fullbokat. Efter några drinkar på övervåningen bar, gick vi ner för att hitta det hade varit några avbokningar. God färsk shashimi, fina dumplings och ångad bröd / burger. Personal fokuserade på att du beställer mer. Inte billigt, men bra kvalitet!

Ok. Låt oss få det här rakt. Om du vill ha japansk mat och du är i Valencia, gör en bokning här. Detta kommer förmodligen vara den bästa sushi du någonsin har haft. I Europa. Så gör den bokningen. Be att sitta i baren så att du kan se hur maten görs. Gyoza rekommenderas, liksom tonfisktartaren som starter, men för att vara ärlig: allt du beställer kommer att vara helt gott. Gör den bokningen innan restaurangen är fullbokad!

En dålig upplevelse. Även om den övergripande utseende av den utrymme verkar bra, den var hela upplevelsen riktigt dåliga. Vi bad om en lunchmeny (under veckan) . Vi betalade 17 euro plus drycker, och den -menyn bara innehöll en liten förrätt, sex rullar och det värsta ramen (nudelsoppan)jag åt i mitt liv. Det var litet och bara nudlar. Var är de grönsaker och kött? Till slut saknas krokar eller bara ett alternativ av desert. För mig den enda bra saken var det saknas krokar. Det är en så synd. eftersom det verkar de har en rent utrymme och den produkter är färsk, men den menyer och de rätter har att förbättra en hel del.

Beläget i den vackra Mercado Colon, Momiji är en liten sushi bar med en trevlig atmosfär. Som de flesta av de bra japanska restauranger i Valencia, den utbud av priset är en aning högt, men den erfarenhet kommer definitivt värt pengarna! Maten är fräsch, tillagade med uppmärksamhet, och trevligt serveras. Om du kan, skulle jag rekommendera att sitta i baren och njuta av alla process! De har också bra val av vin, servicen är bra och servitörer kan informera dig om du tvekar.

Detta är ett av de bästa stället att äta sushi i Valencia. Jag skulle rekommendera att sitta på den bar med plats för, att titta på folk spis att förbereda dem underbara shushis och njuta av. Priset är lite dyrare än de andra restauranger men det värt det en hel del.

Låt skämma bort er av att de Diego Laso, köksmästare och ägare av Momiji. Han har en del fantastiska färdigheter att förbereda läckra nigiri och en hel mängd olika av japanska läckra rätter. Han och hans team gjorde en underbar sensoriska upplevelsen för mig och min gäst. Om du kan, fråga för en sushibar seatting möjlighet att se dem fungerade så ett urverks. Även den uppskattar aromerna och det låter kommer att transportera er till en izakaya-restaurang i Kyoto downtown. Tack för en oförglömlig middag.

Missa inte den ål temaki. Något, faktiskt. Vi önskade vi var mer hungriga bestarna så att vi kunde äta mer. Jag kommer att komma tillbaka.

Sushin var definitivt av hög kvalitet, top 3 för mig i Valencia tillsammans med Tastem och Komori. Allt vi provade var fantastisk. Vi gjorde inte njuta av miljö så mycket, dess sant att det ligger i ett utmärkt läge med tanke på byggnaden där restaurangen är men det kändes som jag åt middag med en korridoren. Det är inte något som kommer att hindra mig från att komma tillbaka, men om jag vill ha en perfekt sushi kvällen med en speciell person som jag kan välja en annan inställning.

Vi är sushi finsmakare och det här stället serverar mycket hög kvalitet sushi i en liten, vänlig och informell miljö. De har en mycket trevlig lunchmeny för eur17 som vi hade två dagar i rad.
