Wont go back.
Everything was good but it is not worth the money or the trip.
I was surprised looking back how many dishes we got.
I think the fact that a lot of them are served before you get to the table actually makes it feel like you get less.
The service was not up to the 3 stars the have.
They served me alcohol without asking first and when I asked to receive water instead they came back with a non alcoholic version instead which I found strange.

We very much enjoyed our lunch service here. You feel comfortable right from the start and have a fantastic journey through the menu. The tomato dish and the dessert for us were out of this world. A journey just for these two dishes would be worth doing.

The most memorable meal thanks to all the fun and unexpected surprises. The staff was so welcoming and friendly which we very much appreciated. The food was incredible and I tried things I never thought I would ever try such as a meatball made from the salivary glands of a pig but it was surprisingly delicious.
The desserts were so fun and so plentiful!
The entire experience from the moment we walked in till the moment we left, will always bring fond memories 👏🏻

We felt the experience was a bit style over substance. The restaurant is beautiful, the reception and different parts you go through before getting to the dinning room are very original and nice. Service was excellent as well. However, the food was a bit lacking for us. The presentation was amazing but the flavour was not quite there. For example we found the prawns a bit cloying and the sea foam on the sea urchin was quite bitter. Most dishes were certainly not bad but, at least to us, also not great. All in all a pleasant experience but not one we would seek to repeat.

This restaurant experience is way beyond what I have had before.
The surrounding is more than a food experience where you can ‘taste and feel’ the ideas behind the restaurant concept with focus on sustainablity.
We had around 30 tastings and all of them were exceptionel and a postive challenge where you can see and tast the 1000 of hours it takes to reach this level.
The wine menu was a interessting add on that can be recommend.

If I should just mention one negative part of the experience is that some part of the service was a little unpersonal and too quick that it did not match the main food experience.

I will look forward to the next Michelin experince here in the basque country.
