A private, rented-out-the-place business dinner, so perhaps not a normal service but I found it to be really good. Several great starters, including a few different excellent croquetas, a really good classic chuleton steak as the main course, and a great dessert sampler to finish.  Really good service for our chaotic large group too.  Very good wine selection as well.

Cena para cuatro en este restaurante clásico de la ciudad, recomendado desde hace años en la Guía Michelín. Decoración sobria y espacios íntimos conseguidos con láminas de madera, dando la impresión de estar en un reservado.

Carta con peso importante de carnes y pescados, con un amplio abanico de procedencias, maduraciones y precios.

Como entrantes elegimos la cecina de Wagyu, fantástica, las anchoas con queso de Arzúa, de muy buena calidad, y las volandeiras (que no zamburiñas) con salsa de cítricos, muy planas de sabor.

El festival vino con las carnes. Nos decantamos por el Chuletón A NOSA TERRA raza rubia (60 días de maceración) y por el Entrecot de lomo bajo de Nebraska. Un espectáculo de producto, apenas tocado, presentado con un plato caliente para conseguir el punto deseado, un trío de aderezos (sal de vino, mostaza y otro más que no recuerdo) y unas patatas fritas con pimientos riquísimas. Los criollos con su salsita, muy sabrosos también. La carne, sinceramente maravillosa, se deshacía en la boca.

Los postres hubiesen sido perfectamente obviables, quedándonos con las ganas de probar la torrija. Compartimos el milhojas, muy tosco y con una crema que parecía industrial, y las filloas rellenas de crema, sin más. Bajan el nivel de la comida.

Servicio muy bueno, rápido, cercano y asesorándonos muy bien con las cantidades. Precio, acorde a la calidad, sobre todo de las carnes, 60€ por cabeza. Para darse un homenaje con piezas de altísimo nivel, probablemente de los mejores sitios de Coruña en este aspecto, y con un debe en el apartado de postres, bastante flojillos.

Menu with a significant weight of meat and fish, with a wide range of origins, maturations and prices.

As starters we chose the Wagyu cured meat, fantastic, the anchovies with Arzúa cheese, very good quality, and the volandeiras (not zamburiñas) with citrus sauce, very flat in flavor.

The festival came with meats. We opted for the A NOSA TERRA blonde steak (60 days of maceration) and the Nebraska low loin entrecote. A spectacle of product, barely touched, presented with a hot plate to achieve the desired point, a trio of dressings (wine salt, mustard and another one that I can't remember) and some delicious fries with peppers. The criollos with their sauce, very tasty too. The meat, honestly wonderful, melted in the mouth.

The desserts would have been perfectly obvious, leaving us wanting to try the torrija. We shared the millefeuille, very rough and with a cream that seemed industrial, and the pancakes filled with cream, without more. They lower the level of food.

Very good service, fast, close and advising us very well with quantities. Price, according to the quality, especially of the meats, €60 per head. To pay tribute to pieces of the highest level, probably from the best places in Coruña in this regard, and with a must in the dessert section, quite weak.
