We were there for a work lunch of 20+ ppl and I was the only Vegetarian at the table. They were quick to accommodate my Vegetarian needs  and make it one of the best culinary experiences of my life. The simplicity of the dishes and the quality and taste really make you understand why they have a Michelin star. Perfection.

This is a place of culinary magic.  Traditional flavors,  unimpeachable ingredients brought forth in a modern way.  Each plate satisfying, but leaving some room for the next one.
The deboned piggy trotter pancakes will deliver the crunchiest,  most delectable bite you can hope for.  If good eats were illegal, this place would be felonious.

Definetely one of the top restaurant in Pamplona.Pretty luxury.Luckily I didn't reserve it but I got a table for two.Dishes were well prepared with a nice environment to stay in.Worth a visit to if you are in Pamplona.

Outstanding. We enjoyed a terrific soup of "ponchos," similar to lima beans, and a wonderful salad of sliced tomato and white asparagus. Do not miss the roast pigeon!  The service was extremely solicitous and caring. Well-worth a Michelin star.
