Authentic atmosphere, authentic spanish flavor, super friendly and fast service. Nothing can go wrong. One of the best croquetas (jamon and fish) I have tasted in my 3 years in Spain, mouthwatering dessert, the mushroom dish is top and do eat the remaining of the sauce with bread, great selection of wines.
Will be definitely coming back.

a restaurant you definitely can‘t miss out on!

i visited nou manolin yesterday for dinner and let me tell you -you‘ll have the best food ever. although everything we orderd was incredibly delicious, the star of the show was the paella with shrimps & squid. the prawns literally melt in your mouth like butter. never had that before.

the staff was super friendly as well. very polite and attentive. furthermore, the interior is breathtaking.

if you are in alicante, nou manolin is an absolute must!!

Had an amazing dinner here during our last night in Alicante on 13/05/2024. Staff were quick and helpful and it was great to see how they all worked and interacted like a well-oiled machine! It got chaotic as we were finishing up, there were other customers standing over our shoulders waiting for our seats, but it was part of the charm seeing how many people were willing to wait for the food. We loved the concept of the restaurant and would definitely come again if we're back in Alicante.

Good food & excellent service. Stand out dishes included the Santoña butterflied anchovies and grilled squid with ‘confit’ onions. This is a restaurant of two halves; in the downstairs bar / restaurant area there is an amazing atmosphere, but upstairs is significantly quieter & frankly, boring. It’s also not cheap.

Mashrooms were very peppery and sweet, no other taste descriptors. Steak tartar I have published with two photos. The one is from today, whereas the other one is from May 16th. Today they've offered to me harsh pieces of very badly cut meat, the quality of meat was also not good. Very chewy. And pay attention to bone fat. Not generous this time! Stuff - always touched me with their part of body sneaking within the tables. And I was not offered any bread at all when I've been waiting for my company for an hour. Only one waiter was welcoming and smiley in the end of the meal. Chocolate mouse is an ice-cream covered with pieces of cinnamon. Unhappy with my meal!
