Själv är inte jag så inne i ostar, men här har de bästa hårdost (Grunuberg glöd) som jag har ätit hittills. Plus att korna bor ca 200m från butiken, så där kan man också se att de har det bra!

I'm not really into cheeses myself, but here they have the best hard cheese (Grunuberg glöd) that I've eaten so far. Plus the cows live about 200m from the store, so you can also see that they are doing well there!

Härlig självbetjäning med lokal mjölk och finfina ostar. Ser fram emot att prova både filen och Gulla till frukost imorgon. 😍 Mjölken blir stuvade makaroner till middagen.
