A nice high end restaurant. But the meat is not worth the prize! Grate wine.
I ordered a Budapest and got to biscuits and some water ice cream. Good experience but not something I would recommend.

A fantastic experience. Service, cuisine, ambience, setting... all were completely on point. This is a great way to end a days skiing in Sällen either in a big group, family or with a special someone. This place caters for all. A brilliant yet simple concept too. Buffet was one of the utterly delicious. There was not on there that could be faulted.
Highly recommend Lammet and Grisen! I know I will be back if I ski Sälen again

This is a buffet. A meaty meat meat buffet. 2 kinds of pork, lamb, and beef. There are sides that accompany each, and a small kid-friendly side bar with chicken, pasta, etc. The 3 floors of dining are a bit different, top floor is quiet with views of the slopes, ground floor is a bit loud, and underground floor is big but cozy. It's pricy but a worthwhile treat to top off the last night of holiday.

Pork, lamb and steak as much as your heart and stomach desire. Perfectly grilled and tendered meat. Highly recommended. Large wine menu. Maybe you can force down a dessert after that huge meal.

The meat is good but you have to beg for more than 3 small slices!⛔️

When we entered the restaurant, it looked good with 3 people serving meat stations, cutting meat. The waiter at our table was good, made us feel welcome and explained the concept well.

BUT when going for meat, the standard is 3 small think slices of either pork, lamb or beef (filets). We asked for more and the ask was not welcomed but challenged by cutting 1 slice more and then giving us the signal, Off you go.😤

We were 3 adults and we all had the same experience independent of each other. We went to the kitchen master, who was one of the tree slicing meat, making sure no other guests were there and shared our feedback in a polite and helpful manner. The kitchen master was polite and smiled but also responded that the 2 other people slicing meat was new so it was natural that they didn't load people with meat. 🤔

It's 595 SEK per person, maybe eating 3 plates with 3 small slices of thin meat and the rest vegetables? We felt cheated and a part of a money maker restaurant pushing the guests for money but offering as little as possible of the good (costly) and main ingredients, meat.💵

No compensation was offered and I'm pretty sure that the feedback was not shared as it's clearly their financial concept.

We spent 3.900 SEK on less than 100 gram meat per person, a bottle of red (995 SEK) 2 deserts and a lot of vegetables!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
