I get facials every month and was looking for a hotel spa but decided to book this. It is just ike a hotel experience! About 10 treatment rooms downstairs. I had an amazing facial, extractions, steam & best decolette massage that I fell asleep! There was even a summer discount so got a good price as well. Def return !

Writing on this spa is simply wasting our precious time. Booking an appointment with them is the stupidest thing I ever did. Before booking an appointment be prepared to regret later because they have a rule book with 1000 rules to deny the service without refunding or rescheduling your appointment.

I booked a pregnancy massage and on the morning of the booking was sick, had a fever the night before and wrote to the SPA as soon as I woke up, asking to reschedule my appointment. I was told that it’s impossible because they have the 24-hour cancellation policy. The staff was brief and didn’t seem to care much to look into the situation. I received no notification either by sms or email about this policy the day before - there was no communication from the SPA about the upcoming appointment in general. In every cancellation policy there has to be exceptions when the person is sick last minute. I was charged the full massage amount for this cancellation. Very unfortunate and unpleasant first experience and poor customer service.

I was wrongly booked for normal massage instead of therapeutic massage. Additionally 10 minutes of getting ready time included in overall 80 mins of massage. Massage is good, room in clean and location is also near to metro.
