Everything worked perfectly. Easy pickup using the booking information and the machine. Also an incredibly easy drop off by simply pressing return vehicle in the machine and putting the key into a slot. The people that have rated Hertz badly must simply be useless at following instructions.

We have rented from here at least a dozen times over the years. Once we had to wait at the end of a phone call due to technical issues with the self-service machine, which was a pain, but outside of that - it has been fine. It’s important to be aware that the whole process is self-service (there is an office on the ground floor, but I don’t think we’ve ever seen a person in there - so I presume it’s for the workers who clean/check/manage the cars as opposed to being public facing), so if it goes wrong - you’ll need to call up for help. Outside of that, the road leading into the garage has some massive potholes that could do with filling, and the turn in/out onto the main road is a little awkward. Overall though, the car rental here has always done the job okay for us!

There was no access code given to enter the garage, and when finally admitted the self service machine was completely broken and refused to process my booking. No answer from Hertz on the phone so I was forced to book a car elsewhere.

I am yet to be refunded so avoid Hertz at all cost!
