Possibly the best schnitzel I had in Stockholm. Portions are huge and with massive amount of potatoes.

You can treat yourself with a big glass of urquell or pick your favorite Czech/German beer from the nice selection of beers.

There are tables the sit outside if you prefer. The atmosphere inside is super nice tough.

I loved my experience here. The atmosphere is cosy, warm and totally inviting.

The waiting staff are true professionals and have great banter with the customers.

The food is European with a strong focus on German dishes as well as some old school Swedish dishes. I tried the ham and cheese schnitzel which was big, bold and utterly satisfying. It came with sauerkraut, pickles and some delightful roasted potatoes, the whole dish worked in harmony.

This old school establishment reminds us that sometimes simple and honest cooking is the best. I'll be coming back, for sure.

Stopped by here before catching Vikingline boat to Finland at the nearby terminal (10 minute walk). Meatballs and mashed potato were delicious as was the beer.
