Best ramen I've ever eaten. I ordered the ✨️SHIO PAITAN RAMEN✨️ MY SOUL COULD FEEL JAPAN ALL THE WAY FROM SWEDEN.

The broth was just perfect not too strong or concentrated like some ramen broths can taste like.

lt was mixed well and had a mild, creamy, savory flavour of pork and you could taste It had been cooked for a really long time.

And everything was so good from the broth to the pork slices and the noodles.

Also a bonus for having rice noodles if you can't eat gluten as I'm sensetive to eating gluten.

The atmosphere was so cozy the lights wasn't to bright they were like cozy yellow/orange ish lights.

And I loved the Japanese 80s music they played it felt so retro and cozy.
It really felt like I was transported to Japan.

My new absolute favorite Ramen restaurant will come back lots of times😊

The shop is not big, but compact, so it can accommodate many people. The service is fast and friendly. The taste is also very good. Our choices are Shio Paitan, ramen with chicken and pork broth topped with pork, menma, scallion, woodear, black garlic oil and tamago, then Mazemen, which is ramen without soup topped with beef minced, woodear, scallion, beansprouts, menma, katsuobushi, chili oil and tamago. Both are delicious. Infused water with lemon is also available.

I've been roaming Stockholm for the best ramen places and Kumo Ramen is certainly top 3. Tried the spicy miso and flavors were soo goood. Pork belly is super tender as well. Could be a touch more spicy but you can add chili oil yourself.
