Jag gick till Nook Stockholm och fick mitt hår förstört eftersom frisören lät blekningen sitta i alldeles för länge, utan att en enda gång titta hur mycket håret hade blekts. Vi hade kommit överens om att jag ville behålla mitt mörka hår men göra en lätt solblekning i längderna. Resultatet blev att jag gick därifrån blond med totalförstört hår som blev så slitet efter den långa kemiska behandlingen. Efteråt fick frisören justera det blonda genom att utsätta mitt hår för ännu mer slitage. Nu sitter jag här med det resultat vi bestämde första gången men till priset av att mitt hår fått genomgå betydligt större påfrestning än vad en professionell frisör hade kunnat lösa från början. Till följd av det kommer jag nu tvingas klippa av stora delar av håret. Frisören är otrevlig och vägrar ta på sig något ansvar. Jag skulle inte rekommendera någon att gå hit!

I went to Nook Stockholm and had my hair ruined because the hairdresser left the bleaching for far too long, without once checking how much the hair had been bleached. We had agreed that I wanted to keep my dark hair but do a light sun bleaching in the lengths. The result was that I left there blonde with completely damaged hair that was so worn after the long chemical treatment. Afterwards, the hairdresser had to adjust the blonde by subjecting my hair to even more wear. Now I'm sitting here with the result we decided on the first time, but at the price of my hair having to undergo significantly more stress than what a professional hairdresser could have solved from the start. As a result, I will now be forced to cut off large sections of my hair. The hairdresser is rude and refuses to take any responsibility. I would not recommend anyone to go here!

Supertrevlig personal som alltid ger dig ett glatt välkomnande när du stiger in. "Min" frisör Rebecca är den bästa man kan ha! Jag har aldrig en klar uppfattning om vilken frisyr eller färg jag vill ha. Därför har hon alltid "en plan" och nya idéer på vad vi ska göra med håret och jag är lika nöjd varje gång jag går därifrån!
