You need to make a reservation, don't walk-in or you'll be sent away, very politely, like the two parties who were standing ahead of us in the queue. The restaurant was full.

The restaurant is pretty large, they have outdoor seating and lots of rooms indoors with tables. Since it was just the two of us, they sat us at a small table for two in a place that can be described as a small corridor between rooms/spaces with tables. They could've treated us better and given us the better table as one was available for two people. This was the only downside to our experience at Spago. The menu's in Swedish, but the wait staff's happy to translate everything for you if needed, but since the names of dishes are in Italian, we didn't have much of a problem.

The food's delicious, portions are huge, the service was good and the drinks were tasty. We ordered,
1. Buratta Salad - Unlike most restaurants, it wasn't all about the Buratta which you can see in the picture
2. Rhubarb Streisand - Vodka based cocktail
3. Pomo Piccante - This cocktail was very good, but couldn't sense the piccante
4. Roma Pizza
5. Polpette Di Vitello - Spaghetti & Meatballs, when in Sweden...
This restaurant is right opposite our loft so we're definitely going back.

Unexpectedly good food at the busiest Götgatan.Perfect risotto con scampi, fettuccine Spago was also descent. Spaghetti di mare also liked by the family. Young guy hasn't taken away the empty plate for a long time during our first visit.  We decided to give a second chance and today's lady appeared to be very helpful.

The food was amazing! From appetizers to main courses. Really recommend pasta with veil and truffles. Delicious. Good choice of wine as well. If you don’t have reservation don’t come. 🥲

Spago is one of my favourite restaurants in Stockholm. The people working there makes the experience lovely. However, the food might be the best part of this place. Their pasta is amazing and also, great prices.

I ordered risoto funghi. It was delicious. The food was really awesome.
The restaurant is nice but in a warm evening it was a little bit crowded and with many people speaking at the same time, noisy. Service was ok.
