I highly recommend this hotel! My stay was incredible. The breakfast was luxurious and delicious, but what truly made the difference was the staff, who were particularly attentive and professional. I would like to warmly thank the gentleman "Neo" for his respectful attitude, dedication, and helpfulness. He made my girlfriend and me feel right at home and deserves a lot of respect for the exceptional work he does. A big thank you!

Well appointed rooms, super clean facilities and centrally located. The reception was gracious enough to check me in a bit earlier than the norm. Free coffee and cake through the day was a definite highlight.

Breakfast was excellent with a decent spread. The hotel has a bit of history and is worth exploring to admire the various portraits and sketches. Pretty silent and awesome to sit by the window and watch the city move.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Onyx Gothenburg. The ambiance of the hotel is truly delightful, offering a warm and modern atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and friendly. I especially enjoyed spending time in the café area; the peaceful setting and the quality of service were highly satisfying. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of options and delicious flavors. Additionally, the hotel's location is very central, making it convenient to explore the city. I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had one of my best hotel stays ever at Hotell Onyxen. The room was cosy and well thought out. The the bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality bedding. The breakfast was delicious with warm fresh bread every morning, homemade granola, etc. I had a light dinner there as well and the toast skagen was very well executed.
Finally, the staff were all genuinely friendly and helpful.
I can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful hotel. Small & quirky but felt very homely. Everything about the hotel was perfect…the room, the decor, the food, the staff, the location 👌 And great value for money. We could not fault it
