Shipping was extremely fast, efficient and a customer  service was great. Found some very hard to find outfits which this store had in stock and at great prices! Very glad I bought here!

I love the range of brands and the team. The delivery is a weak point though… it costs 18 euros to Portugal and it takes a week at least! And it’s not even a home delivery! The returns are not free either. This is how I lost 36 euros on ordering the wrong size… From now on I will order from there only when I’m 100% sure of the item.

Tried to return a shirt that was purchased as a gift (and turned out to be too small). Was informed that sale items cannot be returned or even swapped/credited. Wasn't informed about this when purchasing, even though it was gift-wrapped for me in store. Really inconsiderate rule and bad customer experience.

Stylish shop in the city center. They sell quality products from both known and unknown brands. Mix from both clothing and lifestyle products. Recommend for those who are looking for good quality, design and a bit hipster-ish stuff. Not particularly cheap but not overly expensive either.

There's also a café in the shop so you can take a cup of coffee while you shop.

Their online store is a joke. They sent me defect merchandise and never processed my return. I had to call several times to get a return label. They've had my return for almost 2 weeks now and it's still not processed. They are ignoring both emails AND when I asked in the store. Do not buy from them.
