Shipping was extremely fast, efficient and a customer  service was great. Found some very hard to find outfits which this store had in stock and at great prices! Very glad I bought here!

I love the range of brands and the team. The delivery is a weak point though… it costs 18 euros to Portugal and it takes a week at least! And it’s not even a home delivery! The returns are not free either. This is how I lost 36 euros on ordering the wrong size… From now on I will order from there only when I’m 100% sure of the item.

Their online store is a joke. They sent me defect merchandise and never processed my return. I had to call several times to get a return label.
