Every dish tastes great. My favourite is the scallop, one of the starters. The fish and duck (mains) are tender and cooked to perfection. Both of the dessert are a bit too sweet for me. Overall, a great dinning experience.

It was delicious with good service and atmosphere. I was usually not full after these kind of restsurants, but you should go hungry to this place. Tasting menu was quite large and tasty🌼

Overall, I enjoyed my night at Bulot. I was sitting on a stool at the chef’s table (which is weirdly called kitchen pass table by the restaurant itself). It was interesting to see how the dishes are prepared and have a chat with the chef. The service was just good. The waiters were nice and pleasant. However, it was strange that empty plates were not cleaned from the table for a long time after dishes were finished. The food experience was, in general, good (6/10), but not superb. The tastes in most dishes were too much intense with one specific ingredient taste dominating the others, which made it difficult to enjoy a palette of flavours. The wine list is great, and I enjoyed both whites and reds recommended by the waiter. The restaurant is worth visiting once, but i will not return in foreseeable future.

Top experience on a Thursday evening!
Everything looks and tastes great, especially happy with just about everything actually. Wine package and cheeses as an extra choice really a must! And great staff too. We'll be back!

Awesome, brilliant! Great creative tasting menu. Every dish throughout the meal was excellent. Taste, smell, look, texture and temperature. Accompanied by a supportive selection of wines including some real surprises. Rising star. Don't miss out  when in Gothenburg.
