Food was very good and atmosphere was great. However they wouldn’t allow us to change tables to be in the shade. Several vacant tables were available for the entire time we were there.

Sitting here in the restaurant now, doing a test on the service as he started so slow. Now 50 minutes after he took our dishes, waiter hasn’t come back once…..An hour without food or water on a quiet Monday night. Let’s see how many hours till he asks if we need anything. Place your bets everybody …

Great service and very nice staff! The restaurant is located in the center of Basel and has a wide variety of Italian dishes (even a wood-fired pizza oven) and a great wine selection. Nicely decorated too!
