The hotel was nice with very friendly and helpful staff. It felt like home away from home.

The curtesy bus of the hotel is free and always willing to help. (To ski slopes and bus stop.)

The spa and especially the heated outdoor pool was exceptional and well equipped.

Dinner was excellent every night. Half board is the way to go.

We booked directly with the hotel.

It was great that you can book the spa only as an outside guest. The lunch package was nice. The spa had everything, indoor cooler pool and outside warmer pool with jacuzzi, 2 steam rooms, 3 saunas. A beautiful quiet room with a stunning view on the alps and unlimited free herbal tea. I will return!
The only minus was that the external sauna would only open after 4pm (not sure why) and one of the saunas was not hot enough. Still it was great!

We have been visiting this property regularly since 2016 and returned again last weekend. Once more, it proved to uphold its excellent quality, customer-focused approach, and outstanding value for money. Additionally, the food was exceptional as always. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a relaxing stay with an exceptional wellness & spa area, delicious food, and cozy, yet aesthetic interior design I can highly recommend to visit the Parkhotel Bellevue in Adelboden. While the famous Adelboden-Lenk skiing area is in close proximity (5 min foot walk) there is another hidden gem called Tschentenalp that is only 100 meters away. Really cool to visit in summer and winter if you like sports, nature or relaxation.

The lady waitress in the restaurant at breakfast really ruined the trip mood with her manner. (Detail in second paragraph) Everything else is okay. (like other hotels in the area). Nothing special and doesn't worth the money. Spa is well maintained and functional. Salt water but not hot enough like other hotels. Room is clean. Building has good decoration. Food quality and options at breakfast are very good.

First of all, the rest of the staff were okay. When we came to the restaurant around 8am, there were around 5-8 tables already there but nobody waited to seat us. So we seated ourselves on the table with no number by the window. In the middle of our breakfast, one lady waitress came asking which room number was it. Then told us this table was for room number 213 (not our room) and walked away without saying anything else.

My personal opinion: 1) Her manner communicated with us really ruined our breakfast time. 2) I will not come back and pay very high price per night to see staff without service mind. 3) As I mentioned, everything else was okay, but so do other hotels.
