Good steakhouse downtown Geneva. Been there a few times and if the menu changes with time, I've always found everything quite good. Obviously, as a steakhouse, they offer many dishes of meat, but there are always 4-5 nice meals from the sea on the menu as well. Vegan choices are, however, very limited. Expensive and noisy.

The restaurant looks nice and is well decorated. The food tastes really good, but unfortunately when we were there the staff missed the mark. We were with a party of 5 with a reservation. We were welcomed nicely, but from there it went downhill. The lady waiting our table was rather grumpy and unpleasant. After a while we could place our order and we wanted to order some wine. She said the sommelier will be with you shortly, but in the end we had our starters, but hadn't been able to order the wine yet.
We asked for some plates, butter and olive oil with the bread that was put on the table. After asking a different waiter we finally got a little packet of butter with a plate to share. Our questions seemed like too much effort.

For the main I ordered a steak (it's a steakhouse) and asked for it to be cooked red. It came close to well done. I asked the same lady for it to be redone, which was met with a growl after which I did get a new steak. If you have steaks on the menu for €80 and up per dish, you should cook this right or be happy to redo it if it goes wrong.

The sommelier could also not be bothered, and we sat without wine for a while as we were unable to refill our glasses as the wine was put somewhere out of our reach. We were willing to order much more, but we ended with 1 bottle of wine for the entire evening for a party of 5.

At the end a young gentleman took over the service, and he was very friendly and engaging with us, which saved it a bit. All in all a disappointing experience due to the lack of service. Yes it was a busy evening, and yes it was a hot evening, but there were plenty of staff walking around, and a smile doesn't cost a thing.

For the food I'd recommend to go here, and I would give them the benefit of the doubt that we just had a waitress who just had a bad day.

Used to be great…. Now it’s less consistent (hit and miss)!

We ordered 3 steaks only one was good. The remaining two were overdone, and full of fat and gristle. The staff was very nice and replaced the steaks, but the new steaks were underdone. see photo steak served rare, clearly not medium well.

For the graniture we ordered the cauliflower was really really bad. Just a steamed head with a thick overpowering curry spread over it. Was not pleasant to eat and to be honest does not belong on a steakhouse menu. simply awful. The creamed spinach was not seasoned at all and was quite thick and stodgy. The bacon on the ceaser salad was soft and limp

The desserts and appetizers though were great 10/10

The staff are very friendly and accommodating , despite kitchen staff errors.

I do believe the team in the kitchen has changed because the quality and consistency is not there anymore. for these prices that’s not the quality/ experience you would expect

Great food! Super tasty and juicy burger with Wagyu beef!! Carrot with kale in ginger dressing and french fries! Chocolate profiterole just insane! Good atmosphere overall and pleasant service! Would visit again!!!

Food was mediocre and service was terrible. We were not offered a cocktail menu or bread. The waiter had no manners- didn’t go over specials or anything. Just came over and asked us, “Are you ready to order?” He wasn’t even familiar with a manhattan and looked at us as if we were crazy when we tried to ask for a specific bourbon. Aside from the bad service the food was ok- until I found a piece of cooked plastic wrap in my veal chop. No one checked in on us. No one refilled our water. No one offered to get us another round of drinks when ours were consumed. The lady who brought our check seemed surprised when I told her there was plastic on my plate. She then said, “I’m sorry but it’s not my fault.” I would not recommend coming here if it was the last restaurant on the planet. I could excuse the mishap with the food but the service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Definitely not worth what I paid for.
