I recently stayed at Hotel Reine Victoria in St. Moritz for three days, and I would like to share my experience regarding the room service and overall customer service during my stay.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that I believe require attention to improve the guest experience:
1.	Room Cleaning: During my stay, the room was not properly cleaned. While the beds were arranged, the bedsheets were not changed. Additionally, used coffee cups were left untouched for three days.
2.	Water Bottles: The complimentary water bottles were not replenished as expected.
3.	Spa Slippers: I requested slippers for the spa from reception and waited over an hour and a half for them. Despite following up in person, I still had to wait another 20–30 minutes while another couple, who arrived after me, was promptly attended to.
4.	Hygiene in the Bathroom: I discovered a piece of clothing (appearing to be from a previous guest) behind the bathroom heater. This raises serious concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning process.
5.	Customer Service: I felt a lack of attentiveness and interest in addressing my concerns during my stay. The delays and oversight left me feeling undervalued as a guest.

I believe these issues do not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of your reputation. I hope this feedback is received constructively, as my intention is to highlight areas for improvement to ensure future guests have a better experience.

Located in an old building in St Moritz, this is a majestic looking hotel. The layout can be confusing in the beginning and it takes some time to get used to. The structure is old but they have done renovation to make it look modern and up to date.

I loved the room. It's big and with a separate toilet / bathroom, it was comfortably spacious. The door opens into a tiny balcony  with nice view and the arrangement of the bed and furniture was nicely done.

The only issue I had with it was the non functioning of the heater. Both heaters in the room and toilet were unusable and the hotel couldn't figure out why. This caused my night to be freezing and totally uncomfortable. This was a bad and significant blip on an otherwise superb hotel experience.

Even though this hotel is old and historic, the upgrades they have made this place amazing! The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable. The shower is a bit small but still functional. We went down to the bar, and they staff there was amazing as well. The lady made me this lavender cocktail, and it was delish. Then dinner was great, especially the dessert!

One of the first hotels in St. Moritz so you can have the experience of stepping back in time with beautiful chandeliers and fireplaces.  The rooms have been updated to modern times but the bathroom was a bit small and limited amenities.  Breakfast buffet is extensive and very good.  Would definitely stay here again.

They have great taste in music and there is a nice Space for concerts and a bar in a beautifully decorated hall. its near to the lake, the new design and overhaul of the space is beautiful, very spacious and luxurious. They put in a lot of effort and it shows. Its a great stay so far. There is Great breakfast and an elegant amazing Restaurant, there is a Spa and a massage place, a ski service and things like a waterpark, tennis club, and skilift within 5 minutes, some of them included in the Hotel.
