Better than most Michelin star restaurants in Switzerland even though it doesn’t have a star (yet)- creative and original menu, with the freedom to choose anything as part of the gourmet journey . Impeccable service and super cute outdoor seating as well.

Have been a couple of times now. Very good place.

They have a new menu just now. We tried a bunch of dishes and everything was very tasty.

Good wine pairings and generally thr selection is great.

Will come back again and again!

We had lunch menu offer which was great value for money deal (50CHF per person for 3 course menu), especially taking into account a welcome surprise starter and chocolate in the end. Lunch was delicious, I loved home-made chocolate a lot! Service was good and caring. Chef was kind and customer oriented, he prepared for us lunch offer though it was taken off the menu after we made booking. The only 2 drawbacks - surprise starter had mushrooms inside through before ordering lunch  I informed about no mushrooms in my food; in main dish (fish selection with mashed potato) mushrooms were removed but no vegetable substitution was provided.

Really nice traditional ambiance punctuated by amazing dishes served with great service.
Recommend the 4-dish menu (pick 4 out of 9 options) and settle back to enjoy a very nice dinner.

Despite arriving late as a group of 9 (heavy snowfall), all eating different parts of menu and drinking several different wines, service was very friendly and efficient. Food was excellent, with high points being horseradish beetroot scallops, truffel tagliolini and spanish pork cheeks. Good wine list, not cheap but high end wines. Try also the local whites or bubbles! Verz cozy interior! Quaint wine village, Fläsch!
