It is a small hotel in a small town. The staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a sauna which can be great after a hiking. For the breakfast there are not much varity but it is good quality and enough

Just having a badly needed coffee after driving all the way across the Jura mountains to Lake Geneva, and now up from Montreux alongside stunning views over the Bernese Oberland/Alps on to Thun by another brilliant blue lake amid high summer temperatures. Up here "only" 25C... Looking forward to swim there

This hotel is amazing! After a long drive from France, we arrived exhausted but were greeted by a beautiful lady who was friendly and helpful. Within minutes, we were all checked in and right next to the reception area stands a lift, very convenient if you have a lot of luggage or an elderly person with you. The rooms were clean and big, the beds were comfortable and there was a TV in the room where we could watch some English movies! After resting for a bit, we went to the restaurant for dinner and dinner was great! We had some pasta, rösti, pizza, and chicken nuggets and, according to my friend and her son, the chicken nuggets were the best they ever had! We slept fantastic in the comfortable beds and the shower pressure was strong! Breakfast is served with a variety of fresh bread on the table. I wouldn’t say it’s fantastic as the selections of breakfast items were minimal, but rest assured they were fresh and filling enough to start our day. The hotel is located 20 minutes' drive from Glacier 3000 and there are some shops, restaurants, and a big supermarket around 10 minutes' drive away on the way to Glacier 3000. We love the free parking right in front of the hotel and the free Wi-Fi. We can play games without any lag on our devices. We also love that the hotel is situated away from the crowd, but still close to the attractions. The only thing I would love more is the pillows. They are huge and soft, but I find them not enough support for my neck. Overall, a great experience and a lovely hotel that we want to come back to!

Our family stayed here & ate dinner in the restaurant. The "La Chasse" menu was fantastic & we enjoyed some local wine too. The hotel room was excellent & spotless. We can highly recommend dining &/or staying at Le Cerf. 👍

I probably would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the quite unfriendly service staff in the evening.

The hotel itself is great. Comfortable and clean rooms, great location in the middle of several ski  areas. We spend a week there and took advantage a lot of having access to all these skiing areas. Dinner is really good (looks like they where even in the Michelin guide at some point, no star though). Unfortunately the service in the evenings (except for the owner and one other staff) is kind of rude. Very short and minimal in their answers, often not paying attention how we looked with drinks and when cleaning up the table missing out to ask for desert or coffee (came back for it after a while though). Definitely something to improve.

The breakfast is good. Very minimal but good. I would recommend to add some veggies to it (simple sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots and it would already be a big difference).
