Ate lunch on the Brasserie side on  Ascension Thursday with a group of friends after a hike around Ollon.  The food is exceptional! I had the best sauce hollandaise of my life with my white asparagus, several ate the fish (maigre) with peas and it was also fantastic. Les quenelles (fishcake) was soft and mousseux with a great sauce, really innovative and flavours burst in your mouth. The home made ice creams are to die for! We must come back just for those....

This is my favourite place to eat in the region Chablais. It offers the choice between the cafe where an affordable and delicious  daily special at 23 francs is available and the restaurant gastronomique for special events and for every evening a 5 or 7 course gastronomique dinner menus prepared by the french chef Gregory from Bretagne.
Host is his wife Audrey who looks after the service team.
the renovation of this historical landmark building was done with lots of taste and the 8 comfortable rooms are a bargain for the level of comfort they offer.
Beautiful setting in the heart of the village of Ollon with view of the Dents du Midi,  Val d'Illiez.

Charming small hotel with comfortable, clean rooms in a great location. Good value for the area. Unfortunately, breakfast offering was minimal and check-in and check-out process, while efficient, lacked warmth.
