Location was amazing. Staff were kind, terrific, and helpful - everyone was lovely. They work very hard and it shows. Everything else could use improvement.

The spa was disappointing. One of the rooms had a floating tub - but when I filled it up there was so much chlorine in it my skin started to burn and turned red and itchy. The hot tub outside was uncomfortably cold and the steps were extremely slippery. Overall not pleasant.

The room didn’t have good ventilation and at night it was very stuffy. Sheets had stains. The lights in the bathroom and shower flickered anytime they were on. I’m sure they will fix but they should have before I came.

I had stayed at a less expensive hotel right before that was much more luxurious in every way. Disappointed at this was supposed to be a splurge for me but all the little things added up.

Best part were all the lovely staff and location. The art is unique. If price was less then I would understand.

We had an amazing stay during our mini honey moon. The views are amazing. The location is perfect. Also the rooms are spacious and clean. Will stay there again in my next visit to Zermatt

We lived in Star and Moon suite for few nights. Excellent view of Matterhorn! Wake up very morning with impressed view. What a great experience to stay in Zermatt.
The SPA here also amazing with warm pool and different spa room for relax.
All the staffs are nice and friendly I will definitely come back again. :)

We stayed here for 8 days , with a tiny dog. Beginning of August 2024.

The room is okay , but over complicated with the light system.
Only had one chair on the terrace. Not the end of the world but a shame when dining with my gf.

The mini bar is free , first 4 days it was refilled, then nothing..
We were on the 3nd floor , but in the evening is quite noisy , can't sleep with window open.
There is a night club on -1, and one evening we couldn't sleep due to the music and loud people around 2-3am.

Breakfast was great , cereals, yogurts , fruit and a mix of sweet and sour.

The spa is open as of 3pm to 9pm.
Overall it's okay , but they should make it mandatory to have a shower coming out of the sauna before going into the jacuzzi. Pretty gross when someone all sweaty comes in..

Location is perfect, right in the town center, that's a good point.

The big upset was when leaving.
Found out I had to pay nearly 250 chf , for having a small dog. ( Cavalier king Charles).
A total rip off.
They said it was for cleaning purposes, even though our dog is groomed and clean.

Other hotels  were 40 CHF for the entire holiday.

On that note , won't be coming back.  Cheaper to book a hotel a tad bit more expensive and not have ridiculous pet fees.
