Very solid burger spot! The fries were super well cooked too: crispy yet light and fluffy on the inside! Great beer selection and atmosphere! Great place to get some dinner and beers with friends!

the burger was good and filling.

only problem i experienced was that it seemed as if they prioritized the German speakers than us. our table was dirty and when another group arrived later than us whose table was also dirty; they cleaned the mess up on their table before ours.

My partner and I loved this place, it feels very Swiss and less touristy even though it’s located in the heart of Zermatt. Our waiter was quick and efficient and food was lovely. Their placemats are butcher paper so we had a lot of fun playing hang man/ noughts & crosses - highly recommend bring a pen/ we borrowed from the kind waiter, play and enjoy food together!

The Brown Cow pub very quickly became a favourite place of ours. It was somewhere to sit and rest our weary legs and enjoy a nice cold beer after a long day of activities and hiking. The staff were friendly and the Cardinal beer was even better!

We love this place. Very well priced for Zermatt, gets very busy but the staff does a great job keeping up with the crazy pace. Special thanks to Johann who made our meals there an even funner experience. No matter how slammed they are he always keeps his cool demeanor and always manages a quick hi or wave! We were happy to see him on our last day in Zermatt to say goodbye (or see you all again soon!) and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend the Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I got it again when we went back! Serving sizes are fantastic here and the tenders/nuggets are big!
