Such a savory experience! Each of them was flavorful and well presented. Also, the little entrances and treats were so nice we felt we had even more than the 6 courses we asked for! And to make the experience even better, the service was excellent, everyone was nice and helpful, clearly proud of their job. The chef even came to talk to us about the concept of the restaurant and ask about how everything went, which was the cherry on top! I recommend and will return for sure.

Our first Michelin star experience in Zurich was focused on providing local ingredients through a manifest. Except the cocoa beans and bananas in the desert which the chef explained it's because of the season.
Found out that truffles grow in Zurich.
Tasted the most delightful pork belly cooked in the sous vide style.
Overall quality of food can be improved a notch, but most of the things were tasty and attention to details were amazing. My partners fish tasted muddy, while mine was perfect.
