5-Star Service with Exceptional Staff

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service we received. Although we encountered a few minor issues with the room, the staff handled everything promptly and professionally, ensuring that our experience remained seamless.

A special mention goes to George and Oleksi at the reception—both were incredibly attentive, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their professionalism and warm demeanor truly set the tone for our stay and made us feel valued as guests.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel, combined with such a dedicated team, makes it an easy 5 stars for me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay where excellent service is the top priority. We will definitely be returning!

I had a very pleasant stay at Five Zurich. Every thing was to my expectations. The hotel is about 20 mins away from the city centre but located in a nice quiet area. The staff is awesome, welcoming and smiling all the time. Thank you Five Zurich.

It started in the most wrong way with a super noisy room close to the club but the staff was super responsive to my complain and immediately provided me a different room that was heaven. People is what can turn experiences upside down
In this case they did a great job and they were very friendly also about other small requests about minibar and room service. The beds are beyond comfortable and the ratio quality/price is a 10 out of 10!
