❤️❤️ I recently had the pleasure of dining at that Michelin-starred restaurant (green star), and the experience was simply exceptional. Everything was excellent, from the skillfully prepared dishes to the warm welcome from the staff.

Among the dishes I particularly enjoyed, the tomato and mozzarella were a true delight, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients. The artichokes were prepared with care, offering perfect flavor and texture. For dessert, the chocolate dish was a perfect conclusion to this memorable meal.

It is not only that all the courses were excellent and beyond delicious, but also the way each dish was presented and how the waiters contributed to the overall incredibly next level experience. Our experience at Maison Manesse, chosen for a special evening, was unfortunately far below expectations, especially considering its Michelin star. We anticipated a refined level of service, ambiance, and food quality, but were left very disappointed.

The issues began immediately: bread was served in a simple paper bag, which seemed out of place for a restaurant of this caliber. The food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and for the high prices, we expected much more in both presentation and flavor.

The atmosphere added to our discomfort. We were seated at a long, communal table with barely 30 centimeters between guests, making privacy impossible. It was so cramped that we felt uncomfortable talking to each other. Despite the tiny space being packed with tables, only two staff members were serving, resulting in long wait times and a hectic environment.

Ultimately, we decided to cut our dinner short after just two of the six courses, as the experience had become unbearable. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, we expected a far more enjoyable and thoughtfully designed dining experience.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary as a friend had gifted us a gift card. The food was creative and delicious! A unique experience. All of the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. We did the 4 course with wine pairing and enjoyed learning about the story behind each wine we tried. I have a dairy allergy and they were able to easily accommodate it. The bread also was delicious as well as the cocktail I had at the start
