The Dolder Grand is spectacular! The hotel itself is something to see and visit. It's historic and beautiful overlooking the city and lake. The views are fantastic and the hotel grounds are unique - castle, modern, artsy, historic, and grand.

They have this great art collection that is impressive and it made our stay more enjoyable.

The concierge team was amazing from start to finish. They helped us with recommendations and were there to answer all of our questions.

All the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Lastly, the spa area is top notch. It’s one of the best in the world. They have so many different options.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Dolder Grand, it’s an unforgettable hotel!

We couldn’t fault this hotel. It’s exceptional in every way. We arrived at 0630 after a 28 hour transit from Australia to be greeted warmly and checked in early to our impressive room.  The complimentary bikes and BMW for the day enabled us to explore the surrounding areas including Lucerne.  Every member of the team was welcoming, helpful and professional - from Karma in the restaurant to the ladies on reception in the Spa. Peter on the concierge desk recommended a unique walking tour, and the shuttle to town made trips to Xmas markets and the town centre so very easy.  The spa and gym are well set up and the breakfast … we both agree we’ve not seen anything like it. Exceptional hotel on every level.

I recently stayed at Dolder Grand with my friends and it was more than a magical experience! The hotel manages to combines the 125 years of heritage and being very hi-tech from the inside, very clean, luxurious and great sense of art. The service was just excellent, the employees were very friendly and attentive, we definitely felt like we were taken a great care of. Also, the biggest highlight of the my stay was, of course, the enormous and wonderful SPA area🤩 Last but not least, I highly recommend dining at the restaurant Saltz, where we had delicious breakfast and lunch. Thank you, the Dolder Grand for this unique high-end experience!

It's an amazing hotel , that feels like you are at home.

The only disadvantage is any food apart from breakfest, it could be much better.
