Arrived and pleasantly greeted, wishing my Mother a Happy Birthday. The menu is incredible with such variety. The food itself was outstanding and the service matched, being very attentive and friendly, with a few extra touches to make it memorable. The team also provided us with recommendations for breakfast the next day which was also a hit!

I’m still dreaming of my dinner at Wedgwood and was rather tempted to return for another meal in the same trip—and regret that I didn’t return to try other items on the menu that were mostly Scottish derived ingredients. Even though I hadn’t made a booking, the service staff were still very welcoming and warm.
Recommendations were spot on. The scallops were a must-order. Fresh, perfectly cooked and generous in portion (I went somewhere else nearby that was stingy). The coley fish and textured risotto wasn’t too heavy, but still delicious and the paired well. I’ll definitely return if I’m back in Edinburgh.

We had a delicious tasting meal at Wedgwood. Every course was absolutely flawless and served with great wine pairings. Portion sizes were perfect and none of the courses felt too heavy.
The service was excellent too. A great experience from start to finish!

We had an exceptional experience at this Michelin Guide-listed restaurant!
The food was absolutely amazing – every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, making the entire meal even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

This review is specifically for Wedgwood’s fine dining at home Christmas dinner.

It seems a bit of an extravagance at £80 a head but it is completely worth it.  The delivery arrived exactly when they said it would.  The food is well packaged and instructions very clear.

Onto the food, the portion sizes are very generous and the taste was excellent ( menu and photos attached, apologies if my plating is not artistic enough!).  To pick out three highlights - the Jerusalem artichoke veloute was incredible, our match with a Langhe nebbiolo went very well.  The pheasant with all the trimmings was spot on, when they say all the trimmings they really mean it.  Finally, we ran out of stomach space so had the Xmas pudding on Boxing Day, really tasty with the rum sauce and the pineapple pieces gave a nice lift to the dish.

Anyone considering using Wedgwood for Christmas dinner dine at home, don’t hesitate it was fantastic.
