I really liked the burger and soup. The young lady waited was super nice!
We’ve been to the restaurant as a family today, everything is very “smooth”, waiter ladies are super kind, food is tasty, atmosphere is very charming, and the restaurant itself is very warm. We enjoyed the evening a lot.

Very nice place, there is a pub part and a restaurant part. They have a spacious garden if the weather is good.
The food is excellent,
they change the menu quite regularly, with nice variety.

Horrible customer service.  Manger of the hotel hired two cleaning company , and one of the company does not pay her cleaners.
We were trying to figure out this situation with the hotel but Natalie as a pub manager should literally stay working at pub because she have one job as a manger as she can’t do it properly.
Disgusting and we will put everything online.
She should contact the cleaning company to see what happens and let them know that this is illegal to don’t pay for the job that have been done , or try to solve this problem , but she simply clean her hands .!!!!

I travel to the UK from the US often for vacation and I wanted to stay outside of London this time around, The Victoria was the PERFECT spot. Easy to check-in, affordable, comfy bed, cozy room, very friendly helpful staff, restaurant and pub downstairs. There is a lot to do around quiet Sheen as far as food, pubs and light shopping. London is an hour bus ride/ train ride away (which I enjoy) and about 22-26 minutes via Uber, same timing if heading directly to Heathrow airport. Whenever I return, I won't hesitate to book here again.
