Popped in for lunch and got the lunch set menu. Incredible food. Lamb was juicy but had a beautiful char. Bread and rice portion was huge. The hummus was a little sweet for me but otherwise very tasty.

Only gripe is the high counter seating that is not comfortable but the restaurant itself is quite compact so it is what it is. Service is quick and friendly. Standout restaurant that deserves hype.

We loved Berenjak SoHo. The food was exceptional , service was fast and our waiter gave us great recommendations. He was great advising the right amount of food that we should order for our family of 4. Great atmosphere too, can’t wait to return to London and eat there again!

We recently visited Berenjak SoHo, drawn in by its raving reviews. Since we didn’t have a reservation, we had to wait around 45 minutes for a table—which we didn’t mind—but it quickly became clear that service here is on the slower side. Whether you have a reservation or are walking in, expect to wait a bit. Given how busy they are with both dine-in and takeout orders, a reservation is highly recommended.

That said, the food was absolutely worth the wait. The hummus was incredibly creamy and thick, while the yogurt dip was perfectly tangy. The roasted corn was cooked to perfection, and the crispy potatoes exceeded expectations. The real standout, however, was the chicken breast kebab—surprisingly tender and packed with flavor.

Berenjak SoHo delivers on its excellent food, but be prepared for a wait!

One of the best Persian cuisines in London. Their Hummus is divine; it's made with black chickpeas (hence its dark colour), walnut and sumac. I loved my Kabab plate. The place is small but cozy. You certainly need a reservation if you don't want to wait for more than an hour for a table. You can reserve through their website which is what I did.
