Earlier this week I joined a paddle boarding class and session. I have never done this activity before and felt both excited and a little anxious at the same time.
There was a small group of attendees and we were met by instructors: Jen and Anu. They were great company and really made this experience memorable.
We were provided with equipment and practical information on how to use SUP. They told some anecdotes about their own recent experiences. We also got a bit of a guided tour of the canal with interesting facts. The instructors took lots of fantastic pictures of the group which were shared with us later.
At the end of the session I could not believe how easy and relaxing it felt. I highly recommend Paddleboarding London to anyone who would like to try out SUP.

We went to Paddle boarding London as a special family day out. My two children and my other half have never paddle boarded before so they were a little nervous. When we got there we were greeted with such warmth and introduced to the sport so well. We all had the best day paddle boarding with Jen and Anu, these instructors are really good and make you feel so comfortable and confident. My hubby can't swim at all and with their support towards the end when he was ready he stood!!!!!! Amazing... Thank you paddle boarding London we will definitely be back, and thank you for the suggestion of Pirate Island too. We highly recommend this company the instructors really make this a great and very special time for all.

We are hooked and coming back as a group. This was an anniversary gift to ourselves and what a treat. It was, at first, daunting to get on the boards but Jen gave us a tutorial and guided us through. It is very safe, relaxed and so much fun. Great for groups too. Try it!

We had a lovely time out on the Regent's Canal with Paddleboarding London! We booked the private lesson for 2 for my wife's Christmas present (which seems a long time ago now) and were not disappointed! Anu was our instructor and she was extremely patient, very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and was happy to take it at our own pace.

Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something fun and different to do in London! Great value for money, great experience and helps out a charitable cause!

I really enjoy paddleboarding with Jen! Both trainers are very pleasant ladies, cheerful and helpful . I came along and had a great time!
It’s really easy to stay on the board, to paddle. I enjoyed the view, saw ducks with kids, london zoo, a part of regents park.
It’s relaxing and nice activity to do. The location is perfect also. Highly recommended!
