We stayed at Brown's for 2 nights and had an impeccable experience. The service is incredible- from the hall porters especially George and Vince. Very helpful concierge, Lee. The room was spacious and elegant with their signature scented reeds also diffused in the rooms. We enjoyed a late night drink at their bar, Donovan's and full English breakfast at Charlie's. Convenient location- near the underground and walking distance to several sights. Looking forward to staying with them again.

My daughter and I had a lovely afternoon tea in a beautiful setting. It was cozy and relaxed. Effy who served us was very courteous, polite and attentive. We loved the experience and would not hesitate to go again. We have been to many afternoons teas and rate Brown’s Hotel as impeccable, it comes up very high on our list.

We had the most amazing experience with Lefter! We had afternoon tea in the Drawing Room and it was delightful! The food was delicious and the tea was robust and flavorful — I would come back here over and over again!! We did the festive menu and it was so darling and Christmas oriented. 12/10 recommend!

We recently went to afternoon Tea at The Drawing Room. Akshay and Lefter were fantastic servers and it was a very lovely first afternoon tea experience. The ambiance and dining room were just what one would want to have for a special time while visiting London from the US. We were looking for a very nice, but not too stuffy afternoon tea. We didn’t want to get too dressed up, but we did expect to try and look nice to have a classic experience. My son wore a collared shirt and I had a smart outfit. It was just what we were looking for! We’ll come again with the rest of our family next time. I’d like to stay at the hotel next time! 🤩
