Live quite a distance from here and haven’t visited for some time but oh how wonderful to return with chums for dinner recently. Just a cosy relaxed setting on the waters edge
. The food never ceases to amaze me both in flavours and presentation and the wine list is bound to please those with discerning tastes. A complete joy you won’t be disappointed!

Superb service, could not have been better looked after. Very classy but relaxed and comfortable. Delicious food and amazing crockery (wow those soup bowls 'Hemisphere' by J. L. Coquet!!), and do have a latte 👌

Went for dinner. Had the tasting menu with wine flight.
The experience didn't match the high cost.
Menu was unimaginative. Quality wasn't very good on over half the dishes.
The 'sommelier' didn't have a clue.
Service was rushed when bringing food to the table.
Wine pairing was poor.
Over all its safe to say we will not come back.

Nice location. Food was OK (we expected more for a Michelin rated restaurant), service was poor.

Other tables appeared to be prioritised despite our early booking and having a young child with us.

One example - it took over 1 hour from sitting to get our starters, even though we made an early booking and we were the second table in the restaurant. We ordered simple seafood. Food on other tables arrived more quickly, and before ours.

It was our 10 year wedding anniversary but we felt like second class citizens.
