This place was a wonderful mix of Japanese and Scandinavian experience. The interior is definitely feeling Scandy in design and of course all the food selections are Japan inspired. 

The menu is a work of art in itself. It reminded me of the gorgeous marketing materials Saab used to send out. 

Very traditional start with miso soup served without spoons meant to be sipped directly from the tiny covered bowls. 

I'd highly recommend the appropriately named Osaka Chaos, if you like chirashi. A delightful mix of raw tuna, salmon, cooked shrimp, tamago and a lot of roe over sushi rice. Everything was very fresh, with bright flavors and some unusually shaped crackers provided a contrasting crunch. 

Can't wait to go back with more people and try their Four Meal Drive platter.

The whole family loved it, decor, ambience and mostly the food. Sushi and appetizers were surprisingly authentic. The kids meal was a lovely surprise for the 10 yr old - he loved all the different bento boxes.

Ordered food from there. A meal called Mixed Emotions. Sushis were delicious! Fresh! A little pricey, but good food, good quality. Attention to details. Loved it!

My solo dining at Sticks n Sushi was amazing! Some of the best, most refreshing sushi I've ever had! To start, I had the spicy miso soup that had tofu, salmon and leaves in it. Amazing miso, just not spicy at all, so keep that in mind. I ordered the salmon maki and the spicy tuna roll, both spectacular! Salmon was so smooth and melt in your mouth, and the spicy tuna had toppings to it :) I also indulged in the blossom spritz and the Rozu cocktails, both magnificent. The blossom spritz was light yet very flavorful, and the lychee in the Rozu was the perfect touch. Worth the $$. (Spent about $60).

Ambience. Service. Food...on point! 
I have been meaning to go to sticks n sushi for some time and so I was happy to report that the place does live up to expectations. A friend and I went on a Thursday night and the place was half full but the service was on point. There are soooo many options for food , which was nice (but I do think I've tasted better sushi). The portions are tiny so you may find you either need to order quite a bit to be full. The desserts are equally miniature, but realllllly nice. 
I will be going back very soon.

Food was amazing, waiters were incredibly helpful with helping me select certain dishes as I had never been to Sticks N Sushi before. Can be quite expensive for bigger families but definitely worth it for a special occasion! 100% recommended!

Everything here is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the scallops appetiser and  side of duck hearts.  Service is pretty good, very helpful with descriptions and selections. I'm half Japanese and especially picky about all things Japanese (we are a gourmet family of sorts) and this place executes well. Even their non Japanese elements, such as the Korean kimchi sides, are amazing and taste 100% authentic. No complaints, here. Well done.

The menu in this place is slightly overwhelming, but we were happy with our choices of 2 set sushi plates - 'Mixed Emotions' and 'Duck, Salmon & Friends'. Great selection and more than enough to fill 2 people!

The service wasn't outstanding but pleasant enough! I would recommend booking in order to get your own table, otherwise you will end up on one of the long benches (not necessarily a bad thing if you're a social butterfly, but I prefer a bit of privacy)

The choice and depth of menu with contemporary design that surrounds you will give everything you need from the restaurant for a decent evening.

I've been wanting to try here for ages and was always slightly put off as my friend found a maggot in her sushi once! But I'm an avid sushi lover and I can brush these things off!

So, it's huge in there, quite a communal feel. It's quite dim in there as well. Could have probably benefitted from my glasses!

My two main points are; it's expensive. We didn't over order and it came to £70 for the two of us. I might be missing something but whilst the food is good - I've had just as good and better in some places for a lot less. It was £8 for a large Sapporo, I mean I know there's a mark up, but it's like £2 in the supermarkets! That's quite a hefty mark up!

The other thing is the modern edgy design of the menu is just a little bit too 'modern and edgy' same with the signs on the toilets - which is why I ended up in the kitchen. Ahem.
It takes quite a lot of effort to work out what is what and I dunno, it makes me wanna not bother. It don't think it's very well designed. Over designed.

Anyway, as for the food itself I can't complain. I has the salmon carpaccio as well as some maki (see, nothing really too extravagant!) and it was really super tasty!

I might go back again, but there other places I'd wanna try first.
