I called to ask (with one hour's notice) whether I could call to collect some kit that Lyon were servicing for my organisation. Issy dropped everything and performed a safety inspection to make the kit available for me to collect exactly one hour later. Super service highly recommended.

I purchased a new bike directly from Lyon and being relatively local opted to collect. Recieved an email saying the bike was ready to collect five days earlier than expected and only two days after ordering  - result!  Shot across to collect and my shiny new steed was wheeled out, now I had checked my sizing on two bike geometry sites but it looked big, had I ordered the wrong size? Thankfully Matt recognised my panic and suggested I try the size down, one was in stock right size but wrong groupset, like Cinderella I tried on the right size and it fitted. Matt reassured me it could be built up in a hour and it was. Bearing in mind I had paid when I ordered it would have been very easy for them to fob me off with a marginally wrong size, they didn't, they made sure I was happy with the purchase, and I am.

A great company to deal with who I would happily recommend to others.

Very poor warranty service.  3 weeks of wearing approach shoes in a town and they will not assist in resolving the sole which is coming off.  We have several pairs of #Lasportiva footwear, usually delighted, however will be reluctant to purchase more.

Best customer experience in a very long time.  My Exped Megamat Lite 12 was slowly deflating over night every time I used it.  Contacted Lyon Equipment, with no proof of purchase and already over three years old, and they sorted a repair free of charge in double quick time ready for my next trip, not a single question asked.
