I recently had the pleasure of dining at Elements, a charming beachfront restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. The menu offers a fantastic selection of dishes, each more enticing than the last. Every bite was a testament to the chef's skill and creativity, with flavors that perfectly complemented the stunning ocean view.

However, the true highlight of our visit was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Vincent. From the moment we arrived, Vincent made us feel incredibly welcome and attended to our every need with a warm smile and a professional demeanor. His knowledge of the menu helped us make the best choices, and his recommendations were spot on.

Vincent's attention to detail extended beyond just the meal. He went above and beyond by capturing some truly amazing sunset photos for us, creating memories that will last a lifetime. His genuine enthusiasm and impeccable service made our dining experience at Elements extraordinary.

We are here for dinner a couple of times during our stay at the resort. The food is pretty good and you really can’t beat the view of the beach and sunset. There are a couple of standouts. The fresh is extremely fresh as you would imagine for an island. Very good seasoning as well. The octopus is one of the best I have ever had! It was so good that we had to come back for lunch just to have it again, and it was just as good! The pistachio crème brulee was not exactly what we hoped. As you can see from the photo, it’s a normal crème brulee with crushed candied pistachios on top. The highlight of the dessert menu was the passion fruit pavlova that was so incredible! I highly recommend getting this if it’s available. All in all an excellent dining experience.

We had a fantastic dinner with exceptional service and ambiance. Mirna and Joalla made our experience spectacular; Mirna was incredibly attentive and friendly. We enjoyed a six-course meal under the bungalow, and every dish was so rich in flavor. My fiancé planned our engagement here, and the staff couldn't have done a better job making it so memorable.

Read lots of reviews and many suggested this restaurant but was extremely disappointed.  Went here for an engagement dinner with my fiancé which the restaurant was aware of ahead of time, and told them again at the hostess stand when we arrived because they asked if we were celebrating anything special.

Now I’m not looking for anything free but thought they might offer a complimentary glass of champagne or a dessert, nope nothing. Once we told them we weren’t  staying at the Bucati hotel they seemed to not care about us.  Service was extremely slow and would disappear for long periods of time.  The food was sub par at best.  If I didn’t know better I would think the chicken Alfredo was from Olive Garden.  My ceviche appetizer came with tortilla chips instead of the plantain chips mentioned on the menu.  Mahi mahi dinner was overcooked and dry.  Crab cakes were pretty good and I will say the atmosphere being right on the beach is beautiful and saved the night.  Overall not worth the hype in my opinion, especially if it’s for a special occasion.

My girlfriend and I had a lovely experience as we watched the sunset we had our private cabana on the beach with a set menu that came with a bottle of wine. Great view and great romantic evening for 2.
