Better than expected!! I thought it would be a sub-par-tourist-trap dinner, but the food was actually really good! I loved the 360° view and would recommend a 5pm reservation if visiting in the winter so you can get a glimpse of the sunset at the very beginning of your meal! The service was a big highlight for me! I loved my waitress, she was exceptional. As a vegetarian, there weren't many options, just one appetizer and one entree. I would 100% recommend the raw cheesecake for dessert! So creamy and delicious! Will definitely come back again next time I'm in Quebec City!

We had brunch here with our 2 children(7 and 2.) The Service was very friendly and our kids loved looking at the city from the restaurant. The food was fantastic, the kids loved their crepes and french toast. Service was beyond friendly and accommodating. Prices were more than fair for the quality and experience.

This restaurant was a highlight of our stay. The restaurant slowly rotates, offering a 360-degree view of the entire city, which made the experience even more special. The views are absolutely stunning!

The food was just as impressive—we had brunch and tried the steak with eggs and the salmon dish, and both were amazing. The flavors were spot-on, and everything was cooked to perfection. The cocktails were delicious, complementing the meal perfectly.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for great food paired with incredible, ever-changing views of Quebec City, I highly recommend Ciel Bistro Bar!

Very pleased with our soirée at Ciel. Everyone goes for the view which is stunning. La cuisine was of a higher level, I’d say Upscale or Fine Casual. Delicious. Great Cocktails and Wine also! Our Server, Stefan… was outstanding. Multilingual, professional, anticipatory… a pleasure!

My three friends and I had brunch here recently and we all loved it!  I’d been in previous years and have always thought it was good, and it did not disappoint.  Two of us got the poached eggs and salmon, another got the steak and eggs and the fourth got the breakfast sandwiched on the brioche.   Everyone was very happy with what they got.   The view was wonderful and the service was excellent!

Boka denna restaurang på senaste resa för att fira födelsedagar av två i vårt parti. Vi ville ha en kvällsmiddag med den roterande restaurangen för att ge oss en fullständig utsikt över den vackra gatan. Lawrence och Quebec City. Förutom den underbara middagen och atmosfären som vi har haft, var vår upplevelse förhöjd på grund av vår servitris, Maude. Hon var uppmärksam, professionell och trevlig som hon engagerade sig med oss under hela måltiden. Jag skulle säkert komma tillbaka till denna restaurang bara för att utsikten och maten jag skulle hoppas att någon annan skulle vara lika lyckligt lottade som vi skulle serveras av Maude

Jag hade bokat denna restaurang i stor förväntan för min mans födelsedag medan vi var på semester från Skottland. Vi hade besökt samma typ av restaurang i Toronto som var stor men tyvärr denna restaurang var inte av samma standard. Måltiden anlände efter en lång väntan ljummet och vi var tvungna att skicka tillbaka den. Samma måltid kom tillbaka uppvärmd men lite sprucken. Vi frågade servitrisen varför det inte var en ny tallrik och hon sa att vi borde ha bett om detta. På en restaurang av den här kalibern borde vi inte behöva fråga. En chokladkaka kom med ett ljus vilket var trevligt. Vi hade också en flaska rött vin Vyerna var spektakulära men kanten togs av natten av måltiden och unresponsive Service. Räkningen var över £ 100 så vi skulle förvänta oss bättre

Tyvärr var vår erfarenhet en besvikelse. Servitrisen som hälsade oss var extremt oförskämd och respektlös, vilket fick oss att känna sig mycket obekväma. Som ett resultat beslutade vi att inte beställa och lämnade utan matsal. Det var inte den välkomnande atmosfären vi hade hoppats på.

Vi hade en mycket trevlig middag på Ciel. Maten var utsökt, utsikten var fantastisk, och vår server, Michel, var förtjusande och hjälpte till att göra kvällen så mycket trevligare. Vi hade inte bråttom och som ett resultat, hade en mycket lugn middag njuta av både maten och utsikten från den roterande restaurangen ovanpå hotellet.

Restaurangen roterar med 360 graders utsikt som är mycket cool. Totalt sett maten var mycket bra. Fantastisk svamp aptitretare. Jag beställde hjortkött som var gott också. Öken av cheesecake så. Jag måste säga att den enda anledningen till att jag gav 4 stjärnor är att servitören tog med min man kaffe och liksom kastade det på bordet och spillde lite och fortsatte. Ord oförskämd kommer till mitt sinne

Platser som denna riskerar att vara corny och överprissatt med usel mat och service. Inte alls. Fantastisk utsikt över en underbar stad. Även om vi bara vill ha drycker och aptitretare, vår servitör var mycket vänlig och effektiv. De aptitretare vi hade var enastående, och dryckerna var mycket bra. Vi gör det en punkt att slå denna restaurang varje gång vi kommer till Quebec city med nya vänner.

Bästa måltiden som vi har haft i Quebec och rimligt prissatt jämfört med andra restauranger i Quebec City. Utmärkt röst och Brunch var fantastisk!

Vi har haft en välsmakande brunch (allvarligt, få den franska toast) och den fantastiska utsikten på den sista morgonen av vår semester här. Det var verkligen ett trevligt sätt att blicka ut över Quebec och ta farväl. Det är utanför den gamla stadsmuren, men tillräckligt nära gick vi från vårt hotell framför Governor's Park. Vår server var mycket vänlig och tog väl hand om oss. Väl värt att arbeta in dina planer när du besöker Quebec City.

Vi gjorde en bokning baserat på en rekommendation från en vän. Ciel gjorde ingen besviken. Kycklingballotinen och kryddrostad blomkål var goda - men stjärnorna var den kanderade tomattartartletförrätten och citron- och jordnötssmörtartleten till efterrätt. Citron- och jordnötssmör är udda - men jättegott!

Vi ville ha drinkar och dessert efter middagen. På vår Hop on Hop Off busstur lärde vi oss om den roterande baren på Concorde Hotel. Vi blev snabbt sittande vid ett bord för två. Att dela sin dekadenta chokladbrownie med choklad var toppen. Det var kul att se utsikten förändras när restaurangen roterar. 90 minuter för full rotation. På natten är det utmanande att upptäcka områden och vi var inte nära golv till tak fönster. Bilder tenderade att vara reflektioner. Personalen var mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående eftersom vi inte äter middag.

Min man och jag är i Quebec för första gången. Vi älskade denna restaurang upplevelse. Vi tidsinställde det en solnedgång för att ha dag och natt utsikt och det fungerade perfekt. Förutom den otroliga utsikten vi älskade våra måltider - utsökt. Rekommenderar starkt denna upplevelse.

Baserat på en rekommendation från en vän bokade vi brunch på Ciel. Till vår förvåning ligger det på översta våningen i Le Concorde Hotel roterande restaurang där min fru och jag kom för exakt 50 år sedan för vår smekmånad. Vi var här i Quebec och firade vår 50-årsdag och ville ha en plats speciell. Vi blev inte besvikna. Den uppenbara bästa funktionen är 360 graders utsikt över staden. Men utsikten är bara en del av vår njutning av Ciel. Vår service var förstklassig och vår brunch var utmärkt. De gav oss generöst en speciell dessert på huset komplett med ett fräsande ljus att lägga till vår årsdag firande. Jag skulle starkt rekommendera denna fina restaurang till alla.
