The 9 course (not includeing the amuse bouche) tasting  experience was supberb .   The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the food and the wine.   They have 3 different wine pairing options .  We chose the elevated pairing which had 9 pairings, about 1/2 bottle per person.   The food was  exquisite , refined complex yet balanced.    It is truly an experience.   After you experience they invite you to the bar to complete the experience to share a chcolat truffle pop and berry gel with tea or an after dinner liquer.

A wonderful experience! The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable and the food was excellent- definitely worth the money. It was an eight course tasting menu and all the dishes were delightful and the flavours were on point!

Had my engagement dinner here. We did the full Gastronomic experience with the non-alcoholic pairing.
The food was absolutely incredible. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious. They did some interesting flavor combinations like raspberry and salmon which all worked really well.

The non-alcoholic pairing was also very good and I found they paired very well with the food.

Dining at Laurie Raphaël was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The interior is stunning and sets the stage for an incredible meal. The service was flawless and the pacing of each course was perfect. The staff were passionate and attentive. The food itself was perfectly executed and showcases the highest level of Québec haute cuisine.

This was the most amazing meal I have ever had in my life. They call it an "experience" and it truly was (one of the best!). The staff was amazing and incredibly professional. Every plate was obviously thoughtfully prepared and planned. The dishes were delicious and interesting. There were ingredients included that I thought I didn't like, but I loved the way they tasted and how the chef used / prepared them. The cocktails were OUTSTANDING –– they've hired a genius mixologist. They were by far the best cocktails I've ever had. The mixologist also had us sample alcohols that were made locally. He chose and served tea for my husband at the end of the meal that was so good, we walked an hour to find it at a local store the next day. I can't say enough about how awesome this place is. I've already told many friends in the States about it. If I could give Laurie Raphael more than 5 starts I would!
